We have a well-stocked and up to date library in school which they can borrow books from to bring home.
We have been asked by the Health Protection Service at Lancashire County Council and UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) to raise awareness of measles and the importance of two doses of the MMR vaccine. Please see the two links below with more information on Measles.

Merry Christmas from all at Larches
Reading Week
Next week, 20th – 25th November 2023 is Larches’ whole school reading week across all subjects. Pupils will be encouraged to visit the library to borrow a book as well as reading and discussing lots of different texts in all their lessons.
Some of students attended the Lancashire Violence Reduction Network event – Hope Hack last month.
